The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing and reporting operational data related to the 108 Emergency Ambulance Service. The role supports management by providing accurate and timely reports on call center performance, ambulance operations, staffing and service levels to facilitate decision-making.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor ambulance deployment, response times and operational performance.
Track call volume, call handling time, abandoned calls and other call center KPIs.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Generate dashboards and management reports using Excel and reporting tools.
Analyze trends and identify operational issues or performance gaps.
Coordinate with Operations, EMTs, Pilots and Management teams for data collection.
Verify and validate data before report submission.
Maintain historical records and backup of operational data.
Support audits and management reviews by providing required reports.
Ensure confidentiality and security of operational information.
Qualifications:
Any degree
Minimum one year experience at call center

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
