Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) with a basic understanding of IT sales. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in selling IT products and services such as software solutions, web development, mobile applications, or digital services. The candidate will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (software, websites, apps, etc.)
- Assist in client meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand product offerings and deliver solutions
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, or related field
- Basic knowledge of IT services such as web development, software solutions, mobile apps, or SaaS products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and IT concepts
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
