Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Appoint and onboard new dealerships, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through market visits, networking, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Prepare territory expansion plans and execute business growth strategies.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Support dealers during onboarding, documentation, and operational setup.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth dealer activation.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction through regular communication and support.
- Monitor dealer performance and recommend improvement plans.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports.
- Track sales pipeline and convert prospective clients into active dealers.
- Develop and execute promotional activities to increase market penetration.
Market Intelligence
- Analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and business meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalise dealership agreements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
