Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build long-term brand partnerships. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who can independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with brands and marketing decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing is preferred. Candidates from Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising Agencies are also welcome.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and independent sales ownership.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
