About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR & Administration to lead the HR and Administration functions across restaurants, corporate office, manufacturing facility, warehouse, and support functions. The role will oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll, compliance, employee relations, administration, and performance management while ensuring seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage payroll, HR operations, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee administration, facility management, vendor management, and office infrastructure.
- Support factory HR, industrial relations, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Candidate Requirements
- 8–12+ years of HR experience.
- 3–5 years in an HR leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in both HR and Administration.
- Mandatory industry experience: Food & Beverages, Restaurants, Hospitality, Hotels, QSR, or Retail.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, Payroll, HRMS, Industrial Relations, and Vendor Management.
Note: Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered. Profiles from other industries will not be shortlisted.
Interview Process: Face-to-Face Interview Only (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
