Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is aligned with design and quality standards
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits and resolve on-site issues effectively
- Guide and mentor junior architects and interns
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance
- Maintain proper documentation and project records
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management
- Ensure all project files and drawings are updated and uploaded to the company drive regularly
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior design and architectural principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior or architectural projects
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
