with 2–5 years of experience

can make people take decisions in 3 seconds.

- Branding, Campaign, Print & Outdoor exposure
- Speed with ownership
- Ability to work under the Art Director guidance
- Understanding of communication before decoration

× “Make it attractive” designers without thinking
× AI-only operators without fundamentals
