We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce cum Packaging Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, preparing shipments, managing inventory, ensuring accurate packaging, and supporting daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily online orders from multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Pick, pack, label, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory regularly.
- Perform quality checks before dispatching orders.
- Handle returns, replacements, and damaged products.
- Organize warehouse and packing materials efficiently.
- Assist in product listing updates and basic catalogue management.
- Monitor order status and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing area.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse packaging preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, internet).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move packed parcels when required.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
