Lesson Planning: Design engaging units of study and daily lessons aligned with MYP frameworks and assessment criteria.
Assessment & Moderation: Implement both formative and summative assessments; participate actively in internal standardization and moderation processes.
Differentiated Instruction: Create inclusive learning pathways that cater to diverse student needs, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners and high-achieving students.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the English department and cross-curricular teams to design Interdisciplinary Units (IDUs).
Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, supportive, and vibrant learning environment focused on student wellbeing and pastoral care.
Community Engagement: Provide regular, constructive feedback to students and parents through report cards, portfolios, and parent-teacher conferences.
