Job Description: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Manager to lead our customer relations and post-sales operations for premium residential developments, with a specific focus on Senior Care Projects (S3, CCM) and upcoming ventures.
The ideal candidate will serve as the crucial link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication, robust financial tracking, and compliance from booking through to possession and registration.

- Location: Coimbatore (Candidate must be currently based in or willing to relocate immediately to, Coimbatore)
- Projects: Senior Care Projects (S3, CCM) and new developments
- Compensation: Best in the industry (Commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Operations & Documentation
- Manage the entire post-sales customer lifecycle, including on boarding new customers in coordination with the Sales team.
- Demonstrate deep understanding and management of customer documents: Booking Forms, Agreement to Sell (ATS), Sale Deeds, and Construction Contracts for villas.
- Handle and resolve diverse customer queries spanning construction progress, villa planning, and layouts (coordinating with the Architecture department).
2. Financial & Demand Management
- Oversee demand note generation, call notices, payment reminders, receipts, and cancellation processes.
- Accurately calculate customer dues, interest, delay penalties, escalation clauses, and TDS.
- Perform complex payment plan reconciliations and handle outstanding aging and default management.
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare comprehensive management reports, daily collection reports, and aging analysis.
- Address legal and regulatory matters, including drafting formal replies to customer legal notices and RERA-related queries.
- Manage possession and registration processes in compliance with local land/registration laws.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Construction: Align on milestone completions for accurate demand dues.
- Finance & Accounts: Reconcile accounts, payments, and financial updates.
- Legal & Registration: Draft legal replies and manage property registration/possession documentation.
- External: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, vendors, and community representatives.
Required Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Qualification: MBA (Master of Business Administration) is mandatory.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of solid experience in Real Estate CRM (Residential sector).
- Asset: Prior experience managing Senior Care Residential projects is a highly valued advantage.
- Project Types: Proven track record of handling high-end Villa and Apartment projects.
Core Competencies
- Strong financial acumen for handling collections, interest calculations, and reconciliations.
- Thorough knowledge of RERA regulations, property legalities, and real estate documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling sensitive customer grievances and legal replies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Architecture, and Construction).
