Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
