Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain company services, gold loan schemes, jewellery offers, and customer benefits.
- Maintain good customer relationships through proper follow-up.
- Provide appointment and branch visit coordination.
- Handle customer enquiries and basic support.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Coordinate with branch staff and management when required.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge required.

Pay: ₹10,502.96 - ₹15,766.31 per month
