Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Promote sweets, snacks, bakery, and related products to customers.
- Increase market penetration and product visibility.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market and outlet visits.
Order & Payment Management
- Collect orders from clients outlets.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and account settlements.
Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Provide market feedback and sales reports to management.
- Identify customer preferences and market trends.
Promotional Activities
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Ensure proper product display and branding at outlets.
- Coordinate sampling and promotional activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of sales visits, collections, and customer interactions.
- Update management regarding sales performance and market status.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
