Marketing Specialist – Commission Based
Shardes Interiors is an interior design and execution company specializing in residential and commercial interior projects. We are expanding our client network and are looking for energetic, well-connected Marketing Specialists who can introduce potential clients and generate qualified business opportunities.
Role Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to identify, approach, and connect us with prospective clients interested in interior design and turnkey interior solutions. This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, developers, real estate agents, and business owners.
- Identify potential clients planning construction, renovation, or interior projects.
- Arrange client meetings and project discussions with the Shardes Interiors team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Represent the company professionally and promote our services in the market.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, real estate, interiors, construction, architecture, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to generate business through personal contacts, referrals, and market networking.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Freshers with strong networking abilities may also apply.
Commission Structure
- Attractive commission on successful project closures.
- No earning limit – higher project value means higher commission potential.
- Timely commission payout upon receipt of client payments as per company policy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
