Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser / Sampling Merchandiser to join our garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of garment production, sample development, vendor coordination, and order execution while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers, production teams, and vendors for smooth order execution.
- Manage sample development from concept to final approval.
- Follow up on production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the sampling department for sample preparation and dispatch.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
- Maintain production records, sample tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with fabric, trims, and accessories suppliers.
- Resolve production-related issues to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure effective communication between merchandising and production teams.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Production Merchandising or Sampling Merchandising.
- Experience in the garment, textile, or apparel industry is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
