- Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that all ongoing projects directly support the company's long-term objectives and ROI.
- Project Coordination: Supervising multiple project managers to ensure interdependencies, timelines, and resources across different teams are balanced and efficient.
- Budget & Resource Management: Overseeing large-scale budgets and fairly allocating funds, equipment, and personnel across projects.
- Risk Mitigation: Identifying and managing high-level risks and roadblocks that could negatively impact multiple initiatives at once.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary bridge between senior leadership and the working teams, translating technical progress into clear, actionable updates.
