Security Management Head
Role Purpose:
To lead and manage corporate security operations across all locations, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, assets, facilities, and information while minimizing operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement corporate security policies and SOPs.
Manage security operations across all manufacturing units and offices.
Supervise contract security agencies and security personnel.
Establish robust access control and visitor management systems.
Ensure round-the-clock surveillance through CCTV and monitoring systems.
Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability audits.
Investigate security incidents, theft, and misconduct.
Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, and disaster management.
Liaise with police, fire department, and other statutory authorities.
Conduct regular security training, drills, and awareness programs.
Pay: ₹45,466.79 - ₹75,544.40 per month
