JAROS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Production Engineer with strong experience in industrial machine assembly, machine-shop operations and material management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise machine assembly, machining and production activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Planning departments.
- Review drawings and BOMs and ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor CNC, VMC, lathe, milling, drilling and fabrication activities.
- Manage manpower, production schedules and work-in-progress.
- Supervise machine trials, troubleshooting, inspection and dispatch readiness.
- Control material shortages, rework, wastage and production delays.
- Ensure quality, safety, discipline and proper production documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in heavy engineering, industrial machinery or capital-equipment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, machining processes and engineering drawings.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, planning and coordination skills.
- Experience with ERP and inventory control will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
