Job Overview
Enthral is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Visual Designer to join our team at an entry level.
This role is ideal for recent design graduates and final-year design students who have a strong foundation in graphic and visual design and are excited about combining traditional design skills with Generative AI and digital media.
The role offers hands-on exposure to graphic design, visual communication, AI-assisted content creation, and video editing. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable learning design techniques and experimenting with new AI-powered creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphic and visual assets for digital content and communication.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, banners, infographics, and other creative assets.
- Apply strong principles of typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Create and edit short-form video content.
- Add captions, transitions, basic motion graphics, overlays, audio, and other video elements.
- Use Generative AI tools to assist with creative ideation, image generation, visual development, and content enhancement.
- Experiment with AI-powered tools for image, video, voice, and creative content generation.
- Refine AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and professional visual standards.
- Convert concepts, briefs, and ideas into effective visual content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback into creative work.
- Stay updated with emerging design, video, and AI tools.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Figma or Canva.
- Working knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
AI Tools
Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, HeyGen, PixVerse, Synthesia, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
Knowledge of any particular AI tool is not mandatory. We value candidates who are curious about AI, willing to experiment, and capable of learning new tools quickly.
Who Can Apply?
- Recent graduates from design schools, colleges, or institutes.
- Final-year students pursuing Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation, Multimedia, Communication Design, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
- Candidates from other creative backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong design skills and a good portfolio.
Portfolio – Mandatory
A portfolio is mandatory for this role.
Freshers can submit academic, personal, freelance, internship, or AI-assisted creative projects. The portfolio should demonstrate your design thinking, creativity, visual quality, and ability to execute ideas.
