The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence. This role involves creating sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Analyze sales data and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–7 years of sales experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
