Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients (spanning Real Estate, Tech, Automobile, and E-commerce). You will be responsible for planning marketing strategies, running high-ROI paid ad campaigns, and managing the creative team to ensure consistent brand growth. If you talk in numbers, analyze data daily, and know how to capture an audience's attention, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing (Core Focus)
- Plan, set up, and optimize high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns.
- Manage client ad budgets efficiently to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and target audiences to scale winning campaigns.
2. Marketing Strategy & Content Planning
- Develop comprehensive monthly digital marketing calendars and content strategies for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Content Writers and Graphic Designers to produce high-engaging hooks, reels, carousels, and landing page layouts.
- Understand each client's unique business goals and translate them into organic and paid marketing funnels.
3. Analytics, SEO & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Pixel tracking.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for clients, explaining insights, data trends, and next-step actions clearly.
- Oversee basic On-page and Off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility for web clients.
4. Team Coordination & Client Management
- Lead the internal execution team (Designers, Interns, Writers) using project management software (like Asana) to ensure timely deliveries.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the execution team, handling strategic client calls and onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience running successful lead generation and brand awareness campaigns (Portfolio or case studies of past ad spends is mandatory).
- Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent command over data analysis, excel sheets, conversion rates, and funnel building.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client meetings and review marketing copies.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor interns and junior team members, maintaining a positive and fast-paced work environment.
