Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of combined ERP and manufacturing industry experience, including at least 3 years as a Dynamics D365 F&O consultant with a manufacturing specialization;
Strong implementation experience across D365 F&O manufacturing functionality, including Production Control, Master Planning, BOMs, and Formulas, and multi-site and multi-legal-entity manufacturing implementations;
Strong understanding of discrete, process, and mixed-mode manufacturing environments, as well as manufacturing processes and industry practices across areas such as production planning, shop floor operations, costing, inventory, and supply chain;
Ability to conduct effective discovery sessions with manufacturing stakeholders including shop floor supervisors, planners, cost accountants, plant managers, and executive leadership;
Strong understanding of project methodologies, change control processes, and delivery standards, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while working within project schedules and budget constraints;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex manufacturing concepts to technical and business audiences and stay current with D365 F&O capabilities and industry best practices.
