Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products/services and identify customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Pay: ₹9,792.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
