We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions across Visakhapatnam and nearby regions. The role involves regular client visits, business development activities, relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities within the banking sector.
This is a remote role with extensive field travel. Candidates should be comfortable meeting clients, managing stakeholder relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions across Vizag.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business requirements and identify opportunities.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records and track business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Banking Sales.
- Experience in handling bank relationships will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience dealing with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions or corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and client relationship management.
- Ability to travel extensively across Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

- Salary up to ₹5,00,000 per annum.
