Job Description
Supervise day-to-day shopfloor dyeing operations in shifts Handle and monitor JET and Jigger dyeing machines Manage manpower allocation and shift activities Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved Monitor dyeing processes, shade development, and color matching Operate and coordinate spectrometer/spectrophotometer usage for shade accuracy Maintain process discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the shopfloor Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations Minimize reprocessing and control dyeing defects
Prepare shift reports and update production status regularly
