Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Franchise Expansion
Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Franchise Expansion to drive our brand's growth footprint. The primary responsibility is to identify, evaluate, and appoint new franchise partners within the assigned territory. You will manage the entire franchise sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching to onboarding and store launch support.
Base Location : Sangli , Area of coverage Kolhapur division , kokan and goa
Reporting to SVP Sales
Key Responsibilities
Territory Growth & Lead Generation
- Map assigned regions to identify high-potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Participate in franchise exhibitions, investor meets, and industry events.
- Sales & Deal Closure
- Pitch business models, ROI projections, and brand value to potential investors.
- Conduct background checks, financial evaluations, and due diligence on prospective partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the signing of franchise agreements.
Onboarding & Launch Support
- Assist new franchise owners with site selection, market research, and location approvals.
- Coordinate with internal operations, design, and legal teams to facilitate seamless setups.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standard operating procedures during launches.
Relationship & Performance Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and newly onboarded franchise partners.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing structures.
- Track monthly, quarterly, and annual regional franchise expansion targets.
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or corporate franchise development.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in retail, food and beverage (F&B), education, or cLogistics , FMCG , any distributor led business or franchise business , real estate

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
