Role Overview
The Platinum Support Consultant is a senior analytical role responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive better decisions across the Support organization. This position advances Veradigm’s values by elevating our reporting standards, strengthening cross-functional visibility, and delivering outcomes that matter. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability with the ability to translate complex information into clear, consumable guidance for leadership and frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboard assets using Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, and other enterprise analytics tools.
Build automated, reliable data pipelines that consolidate information from multiple sources into a single source of truth for operational performance.
Create leadership-ready dashboards and visualizations that track customer trends, case quality, productivity, SLA adherence, and operational throughput.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, emerging risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare analytical content for Quarterly Business Reviews, operational reviews, and ad-hoc leadership requests.
Monitor data quality, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and ensure consistent KPI definitions across reporting.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
Translate complex datasets into clear narratives, summaries, and recommendations that can be easily consumed by non-technical audiences.
Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in our existing reporting infrastructure and proposing solutions aligned with Veradigm’s values.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, and at least one additional analytical or visualization tool (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
Strong understanding of operational metrics, customer support measurement, or service delivery analytics preferred.
Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise insights that inform business decisions.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting findings to senior leaders.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
