About the Role
We're hiring our first team member - a Generalist Intern who can keep the day-to-day running while we focus on building.
This is not a sit-and-observe internship. You'll own real responsibilities from day one.
What You'll Do
→ Manage DMs across Instagram, WhatsApp and email
→ Coordinate with the editing team on briefs, deadlines and revisions
→ Track the content calendar and ensure nothing slips
→ Research story angles and content ideas for IndianSchoolTimes
→ Maintain Google Sheets, trackers and databases
→ Manage and engage the IndianSchoolTimes WhatsApp parent community
→ Spot what needs to be done, without being told
Who We're Looking For
→ 0–2 years of experience in content, social media or operations
→ Familiar with Instagram and YouTube, not just as a user
→ Organised, fast and comfortable with ambiguity
→ Takes ownership without needing hand-holding
→ Based in Delhi and available for full-time in-person work
→ Someone who'll push back when something's wrong - we don't want a yes-man or yes-woman
Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on capability)
- Location: Ashok Vihar, New Delhi - in person
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Saturdays: Work from home
