We are seeking a highly competent and passionate BUSSINESS STUDIES Teacher for Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII – CBSE). The candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and a proven ability to prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven BUSSINESS STUDIES lessons for Classes XI & XII (CBSE).
- Plan and execute lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum and academic goals.
- Prepare students for board exams with structured revision strategies, tests, and assessments.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support to improve student performance.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based and technology-integrated learning.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and maintain academic records.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school academic planning.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate in BUSSINESS STUDIES with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE Senior Secondary (XI & XII).
- Strong command over core BUSSINESS STUDIES concepts and board exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
