We are seeking an experienced ERP Executive to manage, support, and enhance our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions with business processes, provide technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure ERP systems are effectively integrated and aligned with organizational business needs.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and resolve issues related to ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful ERP implementation and upgrades.
- Manage and implement system changes across departments as required.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
- Take ownership of budgeting related to ERP system rollout and prepare detailed reporting packages.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding project schedules, delays, and system changes.
- Education- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ERP system management and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with TCS ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
