Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator to manage the patient journey at our Mumbai facility. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with 10+ years of experience who excels at multitasking, patient communication, and insurance coordination. You will be the primary link between our patients, the medical team, and our insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments and guiding them through clinic protocols with a service-oriented mindset.
- Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and files in compliance with quality control procedures.
- Insurance & TPA Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process for insurance approvals, coordinating closely with the Head Office and relevant departments to ensure seamless billing.
- Clinic Operations: Assist in daily administrative tasks, ensuring all departmental protocols are followed strictly.
- Multitasking: Manage the front-desk flow while simultaneously handling backend documentation and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Experience: 10–12 years of experience in a healthcare-related field (Hospitals, TPA, or specialized clinics).
- Education: Graduate degree (Science background is preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in the local language (Marathi/Hindi) and English.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Email, and Hospital Management Systems).
- Residency: Must be a current resident of Mumbai with a manageable commute to the clinic.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
