Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing existing customers, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic MIS reports.

- Experience in the manufacturing, pump, or engineering industry is preferred.
