Key Responsibilities
Institutional Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and technical institutes to facilitate workshops, seminars, and placement drives.
Brand Management: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance the academy's visibility within the IT education sector.
Strategic Planning: Identify new market trends and student needs to tailor outreach programs effectively.
Lead Generation: Drive enrollment through multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital presence and ground-level activations.
Performance Tracking: Analyze the success of marketing initiatives and provide data-backed reports on ROI and brand growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: MBA in Marketing (preferred) or a related postgraduate degree.
Experience: Proven track record of performance in marketing, specifically within the IT or education industry.
Expertise: Deep understanding of brand marketing principles and the IT career landscape.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to present effectively to large audiences and institutional heads.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple institutional partnerships simultaneously.
