We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Intern to join our growing sales team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and business development. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research, databases, and various sales tools.
Identify potential clients across different industries and market segments.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Client Outreach
Connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Initiate conversations to understand client requirements and introduce company offerings.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
Sales Support
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Gather insights that help improve sales strategies and customer targeting.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
Track sales activities, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
Generate basic reports on lead generation and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in speaking with clients over calls and emails.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
