Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Writer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, informative, and SEO-friendly content that strengthens our brand presence, generates quality leads, and engages potential homebuyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for property listings, project descriptions, brochures, and company profiles.
- Write SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and website content focused on real estate, investment opportunities, and market trends.
- Develop compelling copy for social media platforms, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Prepare scripts for property walkthrough videos, promotional reels, and YouTube content.
- Research developers, projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and market updates to create accurate and valuable content.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Digital Marketing, and Design teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong creative writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Ability to simplify complex real estate information into customer-friendly content.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for content ideation and productivity.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Strong research skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the real estate, digital marketing, or advertising industry.
- A portfolio showcasing blogs, website content, social media posts, or marketing copy.
