- Technology: MS-SQL Server / SQL Queries must
- Knowledge of IIS (added advantage)
- Reply to requests from different stakeholders allocated to you for the software solutions of the company
- Determine, review criticality and prioritize resolution of issues.
- Analyze the issue in depth and report RCA to the development team
- Train customers of the company for best use of the software solutions.
- Offer direct customer service and technical support to user through phone, email and in-person.
- Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements.
- Record customer change requests and technical requirements.
- Develop software manuals, train users in numbers and keep updating manual as per version release.
- Support new personnel in software, programs and operational instructions.
- Carry out software version upgrade to customer place
- Participate in the future development of software and business process of the domain
