Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Staff Nurse Head** to lead and oversee nursing operations while ensuring high standards of patient care, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sound clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage nursing teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations.
* Lead, guide, and support the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
* Monitor nursing practices and ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols.
* Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.
* Ensure proper documentation of patient records and nursing activities.
* Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
* Monitor infection prevention and control practices.
* Ensure availability of nursing supplies and coordinate inventory requirements.
* Handle patient concerns professionally and support quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with safety, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Eligibility
* B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing (preferred).
* Valid Nursing Council Registration.
* Minimum **10 years of relevant nursing experience**, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Experience in IVF, Fertility, Women's Health, Maternity, or Multi-specialty Hospital settings will be an added advantage.
* Candidates available to join at the earliest are preferred.
