Job Summary
SML Finance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our branch operations at Patturaikkal.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
* Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business targets.
* Drive loan/financial product sales and branch profitability.
* Develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing customer relationships.
* Monitor collections, portfolio quality, and repayment performance.
* Ensure proper implementation of company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
* Review branch performance and prepare regular reports for management.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch customer base.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments for smooth branch operations.
* Handle and resolve customer and operational issues effectively.
Candidate Requirements
* Age: 30–40 years
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NBFC, banking, microfinance, lending, or financial services.
* Previous experience in a Branch Manager / Branch Head / Senior Branch Operations role will be preferred.
* Strong knowledge of loan products, collections, customer acquisition, and branch operations.
* Proven ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
* Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel locally for business development and branch-related activities.
* Candidates from the local area or nearby locations will be preferred.
