Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Assistant cum Operations Executive to support daily office operations and handle administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping requirements.
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries
- Maintain, organize, and update office files, records, and documentation
- Assist in basic HR tasks such as employee documentation, record maintenance, onboarding support and few more.
- Support inventory management and track office supplies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day office operations
- Ensure the reception area and administrative processes are well-managed at all times
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
- Handle courier dispatches, document collection, and deliveries.
- Support onboarding activities and office setup requirements.
External Work
- Visit banks for deposits, cheque collection, account-related documentation, and other banking formalities.
- Coordinate with government offices/courts and other departments for documentation, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Handle miscellaneous official errands and fieldwork on behalf of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Prior experience in office administration, operations, or field coordination is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel locally for official work.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
