About ScholarB
ScholarB is an online learning and mentorship platform building advanced LMS-based digital education systems. We are hiring a Full-Stack WordPress Developer capable of developing, integrating, automating, and scaling complex WordPress environments.
This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity with flexible structures (project-based, yearly renewable, or performance-based).
Role Overview
You will work on building and maintaining our WordPress LMS environment, developing custom functionalities, and integrating multiple automation and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor templates
- Build and maintain LMS systems (Tutor LMS / Academy LMS)
- Integrate CRM, support, membership, and booking systems
- Set up automation via Uncanny Automator, WP Automator, n8n
- Work with FluentCRM, Fluent Support, Fluent Forms
- Integrate Paid Memberships Pro, Amelia, WooCommerce
- Implement CDN, caching, and performance optimization
- Build and consume REST API endpoints
- Maintain security, scalability, and clean architecture
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 Completed Projects in WordPress development
- Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, REST API
- Mandatory experience with the following tools:
Uncanny Automator / WP Automator / n8n / Tutor LMS / Academy LMS / Elementor / FluentCRM / Fluent Support / Fluent Forms / Paid Memberships Pro / Amelia / Bunny.net / Cloudflare / RankMath / MonsterInsights
- Comfortable with SCORM/xAPI, video hosting integrations
- Experience with Git, staging workflows, debugging, and production deployments
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Headless WordPress
- React / JS frameworks
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity
- Gutenberg block development
Technical Requirements
VS Code / GitHub / cPanel / phpMyAdmin / Browser DevTools / Postman / API testing tools
Project Verification Requirement (Important)
- You must provide links to past WordPress projects you built.
- Include live websites, GitHub repos, or staging links.
- During the interview, you will be required to:
- Share the WordPress admin panel of at least one project
- Demonstrate the custom work you built (plugins, automations, integrations, theme structure)
- All claims will be verified technically, not just verbally.
Contract & Payment Model
This is a contract-based engagement with flexible options:
- One-time project contract
- Yearly contract with renewal
- Incentive-based (milestone-based pay)
- Performance-to-salary model
– After one year, if your contribution proves essential, you may shift to a fixed monthly salary with Perks.
Payment is finalized based on skill, delivery, and complexity. Contract hours and payouts scale based on your performance and value addition.
