We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience who can turn ideas, insights, and existing content into high-performing social media assets. This role is focused on building a strong organic presence for SERP Forge across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
You’ll be responsible for transforming our blog content and core messaging into engaging, platform-native content that drives reach, engagement, and brand authority, especially within the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content-driven social media strategy aligned with our business goals and ICP
- Repurpose blog content into engaging formats tailored for: LinkedIn (thought leadership, carousels, authority posts), X (threads, insights, short-form content) & Instagram (carousels, reels, visual storytelling)
- Create and publish three primary content formats: Text-based (thought leadership, storytelling, insights), Visual content (carousels, infographics, branded creatives) & Video content (short-form videos, AI-generated videos, reels)
- Manage content calendar, posting schedules, and platform consistency
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize for engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns
Core Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a Social Media Marketer
- Proven experience managing and growing B2B social media accounts
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram growth strategies
- Ability to deeply understand a business ICP and translate it into compelling content
- Demonstrated ability to create: High-quality written content (thought leadership style), Visually appealing designs (carousels, infographics) & Engaging video content (including AI-generated videos)
- Strong storytelling and content structuring skills
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, ideation, and scaling output
- Portfolio showcasing real results (engagement growth, follower growth, content samples)
Design & Tools Expertise
- Strong design sense with hands-on experience in tools such as: Canva & Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools)
- Familiarity with modern AI creative tools (e.g., for image, video, and content generation)
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (short-form content preferred)
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with WordPress, including: Publishing blogs and Working with editors like Elementor or Gutenberg
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization
- Experience in SaaS, SEO, or link-building industry
