Job Overview
As a Service Advisor at a Tata Motors dealership, you will serve as the primary bridge between customers and the service team. Your goal is to provide exceptional customer service, manage the repair/service workflow efficiently, and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience. You will translate customer concerns into clear technical instructions for the workshop and explain complex vehicle issues in simple terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Greeting & Assessment: Greet customers promptly, perform initial vehicle inspections, and listen to their concerns to accurately document problems.
- Job Card Preparation: Create detailed job cards, documenting vehicle issues and service requirements accurately to guide the technicians.
- Technical Liaison: Act as a communication hub between customers and Service Technicians; explain technical findings and repair recommendations clearly.
- Estimation & Approval: Provide customers with accurate cost and time estimates for repairs, obtain necessary approvals for additional work, and manage expectations regarding vehicle pick-up times.
- Sales & Consulting: Advise customers on periodic maintenance needs, warranty protections, and value-added service (VAS) options to maintain vehicle health and performance.
- Workflow Management: Oversee the service center’s daily schedule, coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability, and monitor the progress of ongoing repairs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Call customers to update them on service status, explain any changes in delivery times, and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation & Payments: Process payments, explain final invoices, and maintain digital records of all services rendered for future reference.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- SERVICE : 1 year (Preferred)
