Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, identifying opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
This role will initially be remote and performance-driven. Based on performance during the probation period, the candidate will transition into a full-time salaried role and may be required to work from our Indore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients requiring animation, design, branding, website, mobile app, SaaS, or AI solutions.
- Reach out to prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the design and development teams during discussions.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of IT services, design services, animation services, or digital products is preferred.
- Experience working with startups, agencies, or software companies will be an advantage.
