Job Title: Head – CRM (Real Estate) at ALYF
Location- Chembur
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head – CRM to lead the entire Customer Relationship Management function for our real estate business. The role involves managing end-to-end post-sales operations, customer engagement, collections, documentation, team leadership, and process improvements while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete CRM department and team.
- Oversee the entire post-sales customer lifecycle from booking to possession.
- Drive customer satisfaction, query resolution, and retention initiatives.
- Manage collections, payment follow-ups, registrations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Property Management teams.
- Monitor CRM MIS, reports, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth handover from Sales to CRM.
- Willing to travel to Goa as per business requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of CRM experience in the Real Estate industry, including team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
- Comfortable to travel .
- Immediate joiners preferred.
