- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details.
- Explain service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and identify additional service requirements.
- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time after service completion.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Explain completed work and billing details during vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and future requirements.
- Maintain proper records of service history and customer communication.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service-related targets.
Pay: ₹10,343.13 - ₹26,000.00 per month
