Hiring: IT Architect – Telco OSS/BSS Service Assurance
Work Location: Remote (Monthly once visit to Office – Bangalore/Gurgaon)

Job Description:
15+ years in IT/OSS/BSS systems, with 8+ years as IT Architect in Telco domain
Strong expertise in:
HLD design, system integration, and data modelling
API design (REST/JSON, SOAP/XML)
Strong experience in Service Assurance, including:
Fault & Event Management
Alarm correlation and service impact analysis
Performance and service monitoring systems like SMARTS, NETCOOL, SolarWinds, SevOne, other Assurance OpenSource tools and ticketing Systems
Knowledge of Wireline Services, including:
IP (MPLS, VPN, Internet)
Ethernet (Carrier Ethernet services)
Optical/Transport (DWDM, OTN)
Voice (VoIP, UC)
SD-WAN and other wireline technologies
Experience in Inventory System Design, including:
Network & service inventory modelling
Logical/physical resource representation
Integration with assurance and provisioning systems
Hands-on with modelling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Visio)
Additional Requirements:
Good understanding of TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Key Responsibilities:
Define and deliver end-to-end Service Assurance architecture covering fault, performance, and service quality management
Produce and govern High-Level Designs (HLDs) for assurance and system integrations
Design integrations across Assurance tools, Inventory systems, and Ticketing platforms
Enable alarm correlation, event management, and service impact modelling
Collaborate with NOC, Product, Service Delivery, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into IT solutions
Review Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and ensure compliance with architecture standards
Drive automation and NOC transformation initiatives, including AI/analytics-based assurance (AIOps)
Ensure solutions meet scalability, resilience, and security requirements
Resolve design gaps across build, test, and deployment phases
