We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team immediately. The role involves working on leads, interacting with potential clients/investors, and converting them for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert incoming and assigned leads
Communicate effectively with potential clients and investors
Pitch services/brands to prospects confidently
Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper records of leads and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (Mandatory)
Prior experience in sales/telecalling/business development preferred
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is a plus
