We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our IT training programs by building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for organizing workshops, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promoting software training courses to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to establish partnerships.
- Conduct meetings with placement officers, HODs, principals, and management.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, webinars, and technical training sessions.
- Promote IT courses such as Python, Java, Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and other software technologies.
- Generate leads and convert institutional tie-ups into student enrollments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the institute's reach.
- Coordinate with the training and marketing teams for successful event execution.
- Prepare daily visit reports and achieve monthly targets.
- Represent the organization professionally at educational events and career fairs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Educational Sales, or Institutional Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and universities.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software courses is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
