Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Manager to lead fundraising and investor relations activities for our Alternative Investment Fund offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investor acquisition, fundraising, and managing relationships with HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and distribution partners while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive fundraising initiatives for Alternative Investment Funds across various asset classes such as private equity, venture capital, real estate, and debt.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new investors and strengthen existing investor relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
- Present investment opportunities, fund strategies, and performance updates to prospective and existing investors.
- Coordinate with investment, legal, and compliance teams for smooth investor onboarding and documentation.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, roadshows, and webinars.
- Maintain investor databases, CRM records, and fundraising pipelines.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with SEBI AIF regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, investor feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial product sales, investment advisory, fundraising, wealth management, AIF, PMS, mutual funds, or private banking.
- Strong network among HNIs, family offices, and wealth management channels.
- Understanding of SEBI AIF regulations and fund structures.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and fundraising targets.
