Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate daily site activities with Civil Head, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Track project milestones and ensure activities are completed as per the approved schedule.
- Monitor progress of multiple residential construction projects.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day site coordination issues.
Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and update project schedules.
- Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of pending activities.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly project review meetings.
Documentation
- Maintain project files and records.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and follow up on action items.
- Maintain drawing registers, approvals, inspection reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure latest approved drawings are available at site.
Communication
- Act as a liaison between management, consultants, clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Coordinate approvals and information flow among departments.
- Escalate critical project issues to management promptly.
- Ensure proper communication of management instructions to project teams.
Material & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate material requirements with the Procurement Department.
- Track material deliveries and availability at site.
- Monitor pending purchase requests and follow up with vendors.
- Assist in material planning based on project schedules.
Quality & Safety Coordination
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for inspections.
- Ensure quality documentation is maintained.
- Follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Coordinate safety compliance with the Safety Department.
Billing & Commercial Support
- Coordinate contractor measurements and billing documentation.
- Assist in preparing work completion reports.
- Track pending bills and approvals.
- Coordinate client inspection requests where applicable.
Reporting
- Prepare:
- Daily Progress Reports
- Weekly Project Status Reports
- Monthly Progress Reports
- Material Status Reports
- Labour Deployment Reports
- Delay Analysis Reports
- Site Photo Reports
- Present project updates during management review meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
